Shipping & Delivery

Shipping costs have been set at a flat rate. We reserve the right to send your product through UPS or USPS depending on the weight of the product and the location it is being shipped to.  If you need an expedited shipping method, please inform us in the special instructions section of the order page or let us know by phone or email.  We will do all we can to meet your deadline if we are made aware of it. Please note extra fees will apply.  We cannot guarantee on time delivery in situations where weather or an act of God delays the method of transportation.

Returns & Replacements

At McGee’s we make every effort to ensure you are happy with your order!  If an error was made on our part we will process the order again at no charge to you.  Please understand that due to the custom nature of most items we produce it is not always possible to replace or refund some items.  If you are not happy with your order please contact customer service at 801.226.7890 or send in writing to janae@mcgeesstamp.com

Ordering

Our inventory system is always changing. A product listed on the McGee’s website may have been discontinued or a change made to the price without notice.  Every online order will receive an order confirmation and any changes will be made known to the customer prior to the product being made.  A refund will be issued for any differences.  We make every effort possible to ensure customer satisfaction.  If, at any time you are not completely satisfied with your order please contact customer service at 801.226.7890 or send in writing to janae@mcgeesstamp.com

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

McGee’s accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards online.
The website will not allow you to charge to your account.  You must enter a credit card and pay for your online order upfront!
We accept the previously listed credit cards, checks or cash in person at the store.
PLEASE NOTE that we only accept one form of payment per order.

Updating Account Information

  • From your Dashboard, select “My Account”
  • You can register for a new account here, simply enter your email address and create a password.
  • You can also sign in to you existing account here and view past orders.
  • You Do Not need to create an account to order!
  • Our new website was created on November 23, 2016 any accounts prior to this date are gone and you will have to create a new account.  For order history please email rachelle@mcgeesstamp.com or call 801.980.7999
